Visit the website and/or download the mobile app and log-in to access the resident portal. Once you are logged-in you have access to view community calendar, make reservations, check and pay bill, submit service requests, download forms and documents, apply for architectural review and more!
Connect Resident "Dashboard"
The "Dashboard" page provides quick access to make a payment, view community news, make reservations, view social calendar, find forms and documents and more.
Connect Resident "My Account"
On the "Account " page you can make a payment, view and make changes to your profile, your communications preferences, your balance, your violations, your visitors and architectural modifications.
Use Connect Resident to create and submit Architectural Modification Requests
Alterations, additions, or changes to the exterior of your home must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee prior to beginning the work. This approval safeguards not only the beauty of your home, but also consistency with community surroundings. Applications should be made through the Resident portal. Contact the Management Company for more information or assistance.

Use Connect Resident to Create a Service Request
If you ever notice a common area maintenance need, please submit a service request through Connect Resident website or app. You are able to take and submit photos as well. You can track the progress in the portal and you will receive email updates updated until the workorder is complete.
